In lieu of a monetary refund, you may opt for Nutizen Store Credit. This is a great way to try a different supplement from our range.

Shipping & Exchanges

  • Our Error: If the return is due to our mistake (e.g., you received a defective or incorrect product), Nutizen will cover all return shipping costs.
  • Personal Reasons: If you are returning an item for personal reasons (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.
